1. Extrusion main unit: the main unit adopts high-precision hard tooth surface reducer transmission, and the special screw barrel for PC material adopts high-strength nitride alloy steel (38CrMoAlA) or high-strength quenched alloy steel (9Cr18Mov). The main unit adopts AC frequency conversion controller, which has no oil stains and low noise; the thermostat adopts intelligent temperature control meter, and the temperature control accuracy reaches ±1℃.；

2. Mold: S-136H mirror steel is used, and the surface of the mold is polished to a mirror surface. The product has no tensile marks, shock marks, and high transparency.

3. Three-dimensional setting table: stainless steel setting table, three-dimensional adjustment frame, can be automatically adjusted up and down, left and right, front and rear, ten-way vacuum, ten-way cooling water, external vacuum pump, the entire machine is compact and solid, no vibration, easy to operate, simple and beautiful appearance

4. Belt puller: surface foamed PU multi-layer belt puller, with a limited length of 1 meter, large traction force, wear-resistant, the belt can be raised, lowered.
