XPS Foam Board Production Line Descriptions:
Extruded polystyrene foam board (XPS) is mainly made from polystyrene resin, with small amount of additives through heating and extruding system.It is a rigid foam with honeycomb structure. XPS board has nearly 100% closed-cell structure,and has many advantages including light-weight,high pressure resistance,waterproof,low thermal conductivity,dimensional stability etc.
1. The machine adopts PLC touch screen and automatic computer control, making the operation more convenient and simpler.
2. The machine has automatic measurement device for the width and thickness of the block. Customers can select besed on the requirement.
3. For technology control, taking into account the CO2 foam technology and automation to conveniently change the type and improvement.
4. Most components used in machine are of world famous brand which leads to reliable perdormance, low consumption and long service life.
